After an image has been uploaded, can I select multiple photos at once to edit (e.g., give them the same tag, make them all public/private)

Put me down for this feature. I could really make good use of it. :)

Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, I really want this, too! Tag, edit, delete, make private/public, basically, anything we can do to one photo I'd like to be able to do to a set or a manually selected group.

Please

Seriously, not having this makes me want to leave (I think I may have found interesting options that work for me, but won't be for everybody, especially since these options are inherently less 'social' than sites like this.)

Can anyone upload multiple files at once?

There's a ticket about this open here:

@abhi: take a look at the different uploading options:

I am quite surprised to hear this. Sites like Flickr have an organizer from the day 1. Now I also face a problem that I want to delete a couple images and find that I have to delete them one by one.

If you're using Firefox, zooomr user Ping made the great greasemonkey script to modify tags and copyright status of multiple pics at once.

For detail see ping's photo http://jp.zooomr.com/photos/ping/5237131/

and here is the script http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/29546

How do I install this? I click install, download and open the file, and it bring up a dreamweaver window, but I'm lost from there.

You are a firefox user, right?
If you are so, install Greasemonkey add-on first to use greasemonkey script.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748

Then install greasemonkey script linked above.

Thanks yanz! The problem was that I didn't have Greasemonkey installed. Doh! Works great now, this is just what I needed to help organize photos.
